Rock Hard, Metal Hammer and Heavy (germany), Sweden Rock Magazine and Close-Up in the home country + the big mags in Finland, Norway, Greece and Spain. AND it entered the german charts at position 52, which is very good considered that it is europes biggest market we are talking about here, so open up the champagne my friends!

As promised we can now reveal the first headliner for KEEP IT TRUE 13 in April 2010. It will be swedisch Doom legends CANDLEMASS with a very special show.

CANDLEMASS will play a very special 2 hour show at KEEP IT TRUE 13 and are going to perform their classic “Epicus Doomicus Metallicus” album in its entirety with original vocalist Johan Langquist on vocals as part of their set to celebrate their 25th anniversary of the band. The regular set will feature Rob Lowe on vocals.

I’m happy to announce that the new album is mixed, mastered…Done!
It contains 8 KILLER tracks and the name of it is DEATH MAGIC DOOM!!
The songs are about immortality, depressions, demons, vampires, funerals and the almighty devil that we all know very well, hehe…
I love the way we perform here…Robs singing and Lasses soloing are nothing but AMAZING!! The production is also outstanding!
The name DEATH MAGIC DOOM captures it perfectly! Great name! Love it! Of course we have the moaning militia on the forum, but besides that everybody seem to like the name. AND it is very suitable for an album of this magnitude AND it also describes what Candlemass is about;
HEAVY HARD EPIC COLOSSAL METAL!!! I would say that DEATH MAGIC DOOM is the best album we have done since NIGHTFALL!!

The songs are ”IF I EVER DIE”, ”HAMMER OF DOOM”, ”THE BLEEDING BARONESS”, ”DEMON OF THE DEEP”, ”HOUSE OF 1000 VOICES”, DEAD ANGEL”, CLOUDS OF DEMENTIA”, ”MY FUNERAL DREAMS”…
In all nearly 50 minutes of bonecrushing and mindblowing DOOM METAL!!
